It is an interesting article. I'm not quite sure about the title bivocational congregations. However, I think the concept is the general direction we are trying to help congregations move. The struggle is how to help a congregation move from staff centered to lay centered. I also think it has to do with changing a congregation's definition of success. Success is not based on building or full time staff, but on the mission that we are doing as a part of the kingdom of God. I liked the idea of rotating pastors, but in my experience that is one of the things congregations are most hesitant about. There is much in this article to think about
